* *Educational requirments :*
* *Bachelor's Degree:* _in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to Child Growth and Development; or Teaching Certification from Department of Education in Elementary Education, Nursery School, Preschool through Third Grade (P-3) or Teacher of the Handicapped_
* *Experience* : _Six credits in ECE and 2 years experience in the industry_ *As a Center Director*: you will manage a childcare school in its entirety, developing, organizing, and maintaining programs and systems for staff. Programming/scheduling staff Purchasing supplies and materials for programs and staff. Directing and training Program Directors (Head Teachers)Preparing budgets, recording tuition, and maintaining records for payroll, sick time, weekly revenues Give tours to prospective parents Maintaining state-required records of students and personnel Creating and distributing a monthly newsletter, calendar of events, menus etc. In addition, maintaining state accounts, contracts and payments. Working with a state preschool program implemented into the facility _*You will report to a Regional Director or Owner*_* *Behavior Standards* Performing all work in accordance with governmental laws, State mandates and company policies Conducting contacts with parents Assuring programs and activities will be conducted within the safety standards and policies of the company This is a salaried position and may exceed beyond the scale of a 40 hour work week. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits:
