Design the Story of a New Way of Working
We’re building a new kind of coordination system for modern teams — and we’re looking for someone who can help turn that idea into a landing page that makes people
stop, read, and feel something .
This is not just a web design task.
It’s an opportunity to shape how a new idea is explained to the world.
We’re bootstrapped, and this is a
4–6 week outcome-focused project .
We can’t offer cash compensation during this phase — this is
fully opt-in and clearly scoped .
If there’s mutual fit and satisfaction, it could naturally evolve into a longer-term collaboration.
THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR Someone who thinks like a
designer, storyteller, and product thinker .
Someone who cares about
how things feel
as much as how they work.
You won’t be here to execute a brief.
You’ll help us
figure out what the story should be .
Your job is simple:
Make people understand the idea in five seconds .
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING The future of work runs on
trust, shared intent, and true ownership .
But as organizations grow, shared context breaks.
Coordination becomes harder. Meetings multiply.
Teams start spending more time
working about work
than doing the work itself.
We’re building software that helps high-velocity teams see
what everyone is working on and why it matters
— so they don’t bump into each other, duplicate work, or rely on meetings just to coordinate.
The result:
clearer execution visibility for leaders
less coordination overhead
more time for teams to focus on what actually matters

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design and build the landing page (Webflow / Framer ideally)
Shape the core story — headline, flow, tone, CTAs
Turn a complex idea into clear visuals and narrative
Own execution end-to-end, with space to explore and wow us
Contribute to early storytelling across LinkedIn and other channels
OUR ONLY REAL REQUIREMENTS If you’ve built at least one website and have opinions about words, we want to hear from you.
IF THIS SOUNDS FUN Send us:
a link to something you’ve built
one sentence on what you would change about our current story
