Entry Level Marketing Trainees.

Key Responsibilities
Engage face‑to‑face with potential customers in a retail environment
Educate consumers on current promotions, products, and brand offerings
Represent Elevation Global’s clients professionally during in‑store marketing campaigns
Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing customers
Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and basic support
Generate leads and contribute to overall sales growth
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented attitude
Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and needs
Reliable, professional, and goal‑driven
