MMDC, a leading community development organization and a 2024 & 2025 Best Place to Work, is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate & Economic Development Administrative Specialist to support real estate and economic development initiatives. This part-time role provides essential operational and administrative support to the department, ensuring projects, partnerships, and day-to-day functions run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to real estate and economic development projects

Assist with grant and incentive program management, including applications and compliance tracking

Support neighborhood planning efforts and small area plan development

Help coordinate cross-team initiatives across Real Estate, Economic Development, and Communications

Manage office operations, supplies, and project documentation

Support storefronts revitalization efforts through administrative coordination

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economic Development, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
