About the client:
Job Description Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
Support the Superintendent in managing project documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality expectations.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays in the construction process.
Collaborate with the project team to improve efficiency and optimize resources.
Maintain effective communication with all team members and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Successful Candidate
3-5+ years in Assistant Superintendent position
Experience in Ground Up Multifamily or large scale projects
A background in construction management or a related field.
Knowledge of property development processes and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage on-site activities effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
