Job Fair Details:
$1,000 Hiring Bonus
Date: Saturday, March 14th 2026
Time: 11am - 4pm
Location: 55 Loon Hill Road, Dracut, Massachusetts
Responsibilities In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain the property, balancing customer service with property maintenance.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring 5‑Star service.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units.
Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits.
Make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Perform daily property walks, cleaning units, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs), mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning restrooms, landscaping, parking, fence, walls, doors.
Ensure storage facility meets safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays; occasional Sunday hours possible.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
