Lead Superintendent
to oversee the construction of luxury custom residences. This role is ideal for a seasoned field leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands the complexities of high-end residential construction, and has a strong ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and client expectations.

This position will play a key role in delivering exceptional homes from ground-up construction through final completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury custom home projects Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and site safety Maintain project schedules and coordinate trades to ensure timely completion Ensure exceptional quality control consistent with high-end residential standards Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Manage inspections, punch lists, and final project delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in
custom homes or luxury residential construction Proven experience building
ground-up custom homes valued at $3M+ Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Experience working directly with discerning homeowners and design teams Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary:
Up to $170,000 (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health benefits Paid time off and holidays
