Morning View Communities is seeking a full time individual who would be responsible for the property management of two family oriented, affordable manufactured housing communities in Chattanooga, TN. The properties are located in Soddy Daisy, TN and Rossville, GA. There are 160 units in total.
As a property manager, you will be responsible for all the community's onsite operations, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the residents.
You will be expected to show vacant homes, manage the recruitment, application, and screening process for prospective tenants.
Execute property and market-specific sales strategies. Work with sales team to execute the company and property’s marketing campaigns.
You will oversee new home sets, property maintenance requests, inspections, new tenant move-ins, move-outs, full property inspections, resident communications, and more.
The ideal candidate must possess strong vendor and client relations, problem-solving skills, and adhere to standard time schedules.
Property Management Role:
Represents the owner’s interest to the community residents, potential residents, vendors, and suppliers.
Manage the property within pre-determined budgets and maximize the financial performance of the property over time.
Communicate to the property owner the needs and interests of the residents and larger community.
Coordinate and enable the work of the community’s recurring service providers and vendors.
Learn and master the Appfolio property management software.
Perform daily community inspections, document findings, events, and issues
Compensation:
Compensation is comprised of salary plus performance-based bonuses.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
On-call as needed
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Client management experience, any industry (2 years preferred)
