HR & Accounting Coordinator – Custom Architectural Millwork
Location: On‑site | PGS Millwork, Inc. Hudson, NY
Salary: $24 – $27 (commensurate with experience)
Industry: Custom Architectural Millwork | Serving the NYC Marketplace
We are a well‑established millwork company seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented individual to support our accounting team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position offering competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Compile weekly payroll hours and track all paid time off accruals/anniversaries.
Human Resource tasks such as handling health insurance, employee benefits, 401k, FSA, PFL, trainings, etc.
Maintain & update documentation trackers and schedules daily.
Data entry into our accounting software to produce Purchase Order’s on a recurring basis and send PO’s to our subcontractors.
Support general office operations, including telephone backup support for incoming calls during busy periods or staff absences.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
3 – 5 years of basic accounting and clerical experience.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
