We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to support our Marketing Department through customer communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
Contact potential customers and schedule appointments (script provided)
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and Sales Reps
Enter and manage customer data accurately
Support marketing efforts by organizing lead information
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable talking on the phone
Detail-oriented and organized
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
