Asset Manager
who can take ownership of our current portfolio and play a key role in our future growth. Responsibilities: Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily real estate assets. Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize cash flow, asset value, and long-term performance. Review and analyze monthly property reports, financial statements, rent rolls, and KPIs. Serve as the main point of contact for property management teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. Coordinate with insurance providers, lenders, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for portfolio assets. Prepare internal and investor-facing reports on a regular basis. Monitor capital expenditures, renovation progress, and project ROI. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and participate in due diligence for new acquisitions. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of asset management experience in real estate operations, or 23 years as an asset analyst/associate. Proficient in property operations, interpreting financial statements, budgeting, and performance metrics. Direct experience coordinating with property managers, lenders, insurance companies, and external partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and present actionable insights. Self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
