Reporting to the Executive Director, Athletics Donor Engagement, the
Donor Engagement & Premium Events Specialist
will provide strategic leadership for game‑day, premium area hospitality across football, basketball, women’s gymnastics, softball and baseball to ensure a seamless and high‑impact donor experience. Key functions of this role include supervising game‑day personnel, including Sooner Club Stewards; coordinating and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors; leading communications and engagement efforts for premium seat holders to maximize satisfaction and stewardship; and assisting with special initiatives such as tours of Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of hospitality, restaurant management, conference or event planning, or sports venue management experience. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
Please note that this is an on-site role in Norman, Oklahoma.
