
Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

To develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including goals, messaging, CTAs, delivery channels, scheduling, and reporting.
Employee will work within digital marketing platforms and collaborate with members of the Digital Marketing team and product owners/stakeholders to deliver multi-channel campaigns facilitating personalized customer and prospect engagements.
Employee will monitor and measure campaign effectiveness and adjust to optimize performance and goal conversion within digital marketing platforms focused on marketing automation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across lines of business to attract prospects, nurture and cross sell existing customers, and enable exceptional customer journeys
Ensure campaign consistency with brand standards and best practices
Work with broader team to develop campaign strategy to support line-of-business goals and objectives
Develop branding, lifecycle, and promotional messaging in conjunction with in-house and agency teams
Build campaign workflows and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience dealing with confidential, complex, and sensitive information Four-year college education required or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related experience) Strong comprehension of marketing automation landscape Well-versed in the use of technology to solve business problems Experience developing marketing campaigns and cross-channel customer journeys Ability to translate high-level strategic thinking into creative and detailed tactical execution plans Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and project management skills Experience working with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo, Hubspot or similar a plus Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens. Note:
