Marketing Manager – Tampa, FL (Remote, Contract-to Hire)
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a
Marketing Manager
to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position.
Salary $40 - $47 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
5+ years of experience in an agency or internal marketing department
3+ years of B2B marketing experience
5+ years of digital marketing and cross‑channel campaign management
Budget management and demand generation experience
Strong negotiation, digital marketing, account management, and relationship‑building skills
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and customer journeys
Oversee digital, content, social media, email, paid campaigns, and events to support client objectives
Manage client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor to develop full‑funnel marketing initiatives
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization
Drive innovation within the marketing practice by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
