Paid Media Manager
for a
6‑month contract‑to‑hire
opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, enjoys client interaction, and knows how to manage multiple campaigns at scale. Contract‑to‑hire:
6 months (conversion based on performance) Pay Rate:
$30–$40/hour Target Start:
Mid‑April to mid‑May What You’ll Do
Own, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts Manage and prioritize a high volume of accounts in an agency environment Monitor performance, budgets, bids, and creative to drive efficiency and ROI Leverage data and multi‑touch attribution platforms to guide optimization decisions Serve as a direct client contact, delivering insights, recommendations, and performance updates What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads campaign management experience Experience working with multi‑touch attribution platforms Proven client‑facing experience, including reporting and strategy discussions Strong analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach
