We serve 500+ dental practice owners nationwide, and we’re looking for someone to own and lead our paid media department. This is not a campaign manager role. This is not a mid-level seat. This is a department head role. Full-time, salary position. Hybrid in-person/remote work environment. What You’ll Lead Paid media strategy across Google and Meta Oversight and development of our Digital Ads Specialist team Performance standards and KPIs Measurable ROI across a large client portfolio Systems that scale Collaboration with Marketing Strategists who serve as client-facing growth advisors What You Bring 5+ years running and scaling paid media campaigns Experience leading or mentoring a paid media team Strong command of attribution, tracking, and analytics A performance mindset you care about results Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment We believe great marketing is both story and data.
