We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and execution of the resort’s marketing communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, advertising, public relations, promotional activities, and digital communications to strengthen the resort’s brand presence and maximize exposure in local and international markets.
This role works closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership team to support revenue objectives, manage marketing communications initiatives, and ensure that all promotional materials and campaigns align with brand standards. The position also collaborates with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful marketing strategies that enhance the resort’s visibility and reputation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within a luxury resort or hospitality brand, ideally in remote or island environments. Preferably based in the Maldives with an understanding of the local market and tourism dynamics. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand storytelling. Proficiency in digital advertising, website management (CMS), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
