Intern, Brand Portfolio Digital Strategy Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Digital team. The Portfolio Digital Strategy Intern will support Hyatt’s Global Digital Strategy & Go-to-Market team by assisting three managers, Portfolio Digital Strategy leads responsible for driving digital performance, strategy, and initiatives across Hyatt’s brand portfolios. With a primary focus on optimizing the Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection portfolio through a digital lens, the intern will also provide support across Luxury, Lifestyle, Classics, and Essentials portfolios as needed.

This role blends data-driven performance analysis, strategy development, field enablement, and cross-functional collaboration, offering hands‑on experience in how digital channels, particularly Hyatt.com and the Hyatt mobile app. The role will support commercial performance at scale in a global hospitality organization. As part of Hyatt’s Corporate Internship Program, this role delivers a hands‑on, skills‑based experience designed to accelerate learning, growth, and professional confidence. The Role The Digital Summer Intern is an enthusiastic individual who is looking for an opportunity to develop strategy, marketing, and operational skills within a globally recognized hotel company. Responsibilities include the following:

Support Portfolio Digital Strategy Managers in monitoring and improving digital performance for assigned brand portfolios

Assist with direct digital channel growth initiatives, with emphasis on optimizing Hyatt.com and the Hyatt app

Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, revenue contribution, and engagement

Prepare performance reports, summaries, and insights for internal stakeholders and field teams

Develop strategy playbooks, documentation, and training materials to support hotel‑level digital adoption

Assist with field communications, including updates, best practices, and initiative rollouts

Learn to intake feedback with positive intention and adjust strategies to incorporate suggestions and iterate on the approach to guidance

Provide administrative and project support across portfolio teams as needed

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (business, marketing, analytics, hospitality, information systems, or related fields preferred)

Strong interest in digital strategy, e‑commerce, analytics, and hospitality

Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics

Strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail‑oriented, and proactive

Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data visualization tools, or analytics platforms preferred

Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are required

The hourly rate for this position is $21.74 to $22.00. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
