Description A rapidly growing healthcare communications technology company is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to build pipeline and open enterprise opportunities across the U.S. healthcare market. The company provides HIPAA-compliant cloud fax and automation solutions used by clinics, nursing homes, medical billing companies, and health tech platforms. With over 100 employees and multi-million dollar annual revenue, the organization is scaling into larger enterprise deals and expanding its outbound sales motion. This is a high-upside role, with enterprise deal sizes ranging from $5K–$20K+ and six-figure opportunities available.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new outbound opportunities within healthcare and health tech markets

Identify decision-makers (owners, IT managers, operations leaders) and secure qualified meetings

Map accounts, track contract timelines, and build a high-value sales pipeline

Collaborate with closing teams to transition qualified opportunities and support enterprise sales cycles

Attend industry events and build relationships within healthcare networks

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and account tracking within CRM systems

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience required

Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, email outreach, account mapping)

Experience selling into healthcare, SaaS, telecom, or compliance-driven industries preferred

Confident communicator with the ability to challenge existing vendors and drive change

Self-starter mindset with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership
