
Sales Trainee Supervisor

Job Description
As the Sales Trainee Supervisor, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all Sales Trainees during their 12 month training period. This includes setting an initial training roadmap, as well as providing regular coaching to your assigned trainees, both at Reynolds headquarters in a classroom setting and in the field, to build their motivation and selling skills. In this role you will also be required to maintain accurate records of each associate’s training progress and work with Sales Management and other sales associates to ensure positive training experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years sales experience preferred
Training experience preferred
Effective communication skills, both written and oral is essential
Ability to travel 10% of the month
