Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers. Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.
