
Paralegal (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/year
This position allows for 3 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury and civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing case files from intake through trial, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or civil litigation matters from pre-suit through trial
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
File documents with state and federal courts (e‑filing experience required)
Coordinate and track deadlines, court dates, and statute of limitations
Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production
Obtain, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case‑related documents
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and demand packages
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files (electronic and physical)
Requirements
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff‑side personal injury or civil litigation preferred)
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
Experience with medical records review and personal injury case management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
