SPADE Security Services is seeking motivated
Remote Sales Representatives
to help expand our security solutions to businesses across the United States.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking and business development skills who want to earn commissions by introducing businesses to SPADE’s security services. Sales representatives will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and connect businesses with our team to develop security solutions.
SPADE provides services including security officers, mobile patrol, video surveillance solutions, and technology-driven security services for businesses.
This is a
remote, commission-based opportunity
with significant earning potential for individuals who can generate new business opportunities.
Compensation This is a
commission-based position, 5% - 7% per annual contract. Average Contract Size $240,000.
Sales representatives earn a percentage of contracts secured through their referrals or sales efforts.
High-performing sales partners have the potential to generate significant recurring commission income.
Requirements
Identify businesses that may benefit from professional security services
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Conduct outreach via phone, email, or networking
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and SPADE leadership
Maintain communication with prospects during the sales process
Collaborate with SPADE leadership to close contracts
Maintain professionalism when representing SPADE Security Services
Experience in
sales, business development, or client relationship management
Strong communication and networking skills
Ability to work independently and manage leads
Comfortable with remote communication tools (email, phone, video meetings)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling
security services, construction services, or B2B services
Existing business network or client relationships
Experience working with
property managers, construction companies, or commercial clients
