As a bank teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling various banking transactions. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the bank’s reputation.

Position Type This is a full-time, non-exempt position

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address inquiries, and provide information about bank products and services.

Transaction Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

Account Management: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including balance inquiries and transaction history.

Cash Handling: Handle cash accurately, maintain cash drawer, and perform daily balancing.

Sales Support: Promote bank products and services, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, security and confidentiality.

Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years experience in banking is preferred. 1-2 years experience in customer service and cash handling is required.
