Noor has partnered with a multifamily owner/operator who is looking to expand their team in Florida!
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a high-profile, luxury Class A mixed-use development currently under construction in West Palm Beach. This role will lead the lease-up strategy and operations for a flagship asset featuring multifamily and retail components.
This role will initially be remote until an on-site office is established, then it will be a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead lease-up strategy, pre-opening planning, and stabilization efforts for a luxury Class A asset
Oversee onsite teams across multifamily and retail components
Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance (NOI-focused)
Partner with construction and development teams through delivery and transition to operations
Drive marketing, leasing performance, and resident/tenant experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Report directly to senior leadership on KPIs and asset performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of regional property management experience
Proven success with luxury Class A lease-ups
Experience overseeing mixed-use assets (multifamily + retail preferred)
Strong financial acumen and team leadership skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, development-driven environment
In return, we offer a base salary $115,000 - $130,000 DOE + 20% bonus
