The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on driving digital engagement and conversion through performance-based marketing strategies. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns using marketing automation, landing pages, web‑based conversion tools, and audience segmentation. Success in this role requires fluency in digital platforms, a data‑driven mindset, and a focus on improving key performance indicators such as engagement, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. This position may also support light content development/distribution, testing, and performance reporting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead full‑funnel digital campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert leads aligned to KPIs and revenue outcomes.
Architect full‑scale automation strategies; continuously optimize journeys to improve engagement and lead conversion.
Drive continuous web and campaign optimization to increase lead quality and funnel conversion, using tools like heatmaps, GA4, and testing platforms.
Own martech strategy and integration planning; provide guidance on tool selection and workflow optimization.
Analyze and interpret full‑funnel metrics to guide digital strategy; provide conversion insights to inform marketing decisions and leadership.
Lead digital channel mix strategy, optimize for ROI and conversion, and scale paid efforts for maximum lead generation impact.
Build and manage testing roadmap across channels; lead experimentation strategy to maximize engagement and conversions.
Ensure digital campaigns meet accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards across platforms.
Represent digital marketing in strategic planning; mentor others in digital best practices and conversion strategy.
Identify growth opportunities, lead digital experiments, and support strategic pipeline acceleration initiatives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on content engagement, funnel impact, and ROI, and optimize campaign content accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned
Credentials:
A four‑year degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable outcomes and team/strategy leadership.
Expert‑level fluency in martech stack, automation strategy, CRM integration, segmentation logic, and performance optimization.
Strategic ownership of funnel analytics, performance dashboards, and campaign reporting; able to present insights to leadership.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.
Strategic oversight of B2B/B2C performance marketing across paid, owned, and earned digital channels.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Clear, effective communication (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks to completion
Problem‑solving and critical thinking with sound, independent judgment
Adaptable, organized, and open to new ideas and continuous improvement
Proficient with software tools and technology; able to work independently
