As a key member of our North American marketing team, you'll support integrated marketing initiatives across B2B and B2Fleet audiences, helping Bosch shape the future of mobility and logistics. Your role includes: Marketing Strategy:
Assist in planning and launching B2B marketing campaigns aligned with our global go-to-market strategy. Content Creation:
Write, design, and publish content across web, social, email, and print always on-brand and always engaging. Campaign Management:
Support multi-channel advertising campaigns, from concept to performance analysis. Design & Visuals:
Create stunning digital graphics, video content, and print materials using Bosch tools and templates. Social Media:
Develop content calendars, design posts, and grow our digital presence. Event Marketing:
Help organize and execute trade shows, conventions, and sales activations. Sales Enablement:
Design marketing materials and support sales team efforts at industry events. Brand Stewardship:
Keep all messaging in line with Bosch's global brand voice and identity. Team Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and design teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field 2+ years of professional work experience within Marketing, Sales or Business Development Highly motivated team player that works independently and takes ownership of tasks and projects General understanding of marketing, print production, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work Contact & Additional Information
Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000- 86,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
