The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) We are looking for a results‑driven SDR who excels at appointment setting and lead nurturing. You are the bridge between our lead generation efforts and our closers, responsible for converting qualified leads into discovery calls and maintaining relationships until prospects are ready to buy. This is a fast‑paced role where speed, persistence, and relationship building are everything.

What You Will Be Doing

Appointment Setting:

Convert qualified leads into booked discovery calls for our closers

Inbound Lead Management:

Respond to inbound leads as fast as humanly possible and nurture them into appointments

Lead Nurturing:

Long‑term multi‑touch follow‑up sequences for prospects who are not ready yet

Qualification:

Discovery calls to qualify opportunities and confirm fit before handing off to a closer

Pipeline Management:

Advance prospects through the funnel and keep the pipeline moving

Appointment Confirmation:

Drive high show rates through confirmation sequences and day‑of reminders

Your Daily Activities

Speed to Lead:

Contact inbound leads within 5 minutes. No exceptions.

Lead Nurturing:

Execute 12+ multi‑touch follow‑up sequences across calls, texts, and emails

Discovery Calls:

Conduct qualification conversations to confirm pain points and fit

Appointment Confirmation:

Pre‑call confirmations and reminders to maximize show rates

Pipeline Updates:

Maintain detailed records of every prospect and every interaction

Persistent Follow‑up:

Minimum 12 touchpoints before retiring any lead

Key Performance Metrics

75% show rate on booked appointments

Speed to lead within 5 minutes

12+ touchpoints before retiring a lead

Conversion quality to qualified opportunities

Required Experience and Skills

3+ years SDR, appointment setting, or inside sales experience

Proven appointment‑setting track record with strong show rates

Systematic lead nurturing and follow‑up discipline

Discovery and qualification skills

Strong communication and relationship building

Schedule - NON‑NEGOTIABLE Your calendar must be open 7 days a week, 8 AM to 9 PM. Zero exceptions. Local business owners are on job sites during the week and often only available evenings and weekends. If a prospect is ready to talk at 7 PM on a Saturday, you need to be there. If you are not available when they are, you will not succeed in this role and we are not a fit.
