Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership growth

Identify opportunities to expand services across air, ocean, and ground transportation solutions

Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, KPIs, and future opportunities

Monitor market trends and customer supply chain needs to proactively recommend solutions

Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain account management

Proven track record managing and growing large strategic accounts

Strong understanding of international logistics including

air and ocean freight

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams

Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
