What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Utilize Oplogic/DealerBuilt for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in automotive sales management or F and I, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds or similar DMS software is preferred.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
