Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
GenAI Go to Market strategy documents and rollout plans
Stakeholder impact assessments and readiness dashboards
Communication and change management plans
Adoption and value realization metric frameworks
Executive launch decks and performance updates
Post launch adoption and success reports
Enterprise product launch and release management
Adoption and value realization metrics design
Communications and change enablement frameworks
KPI dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Experience launching technology products in regulated environments
Strategic thinking and structured problem solving
Executive level communication and storytelling
Strong stakeholder management and influence
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Define end to end go to market strategies for GenAI products, platforms, and capabilities.
Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations.
Develop and execute communication, change, and enablement plans aligned to enterprise standards.
Design phased rollout strategies (pilots, limited release, scale) for GenAI capabilities.
Partner with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure launch readiness.
Define and manage adoption, value realization, and customer success metrics.
Track, analyze, and publish adoption KPIs, benefits realization, and usage insights.
Support leadership updates, launch materials, and executive communications.
