Position Summary Team Member – Tire and Battery Center (TBC)
What you'll do
Be a Team Member : Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and provide safe, efficient customer service.
Be an Expert : Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonal trends; use POS systems and phone/in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld tech to make immediate business decisions related to services, new products, and training.
Be an Owner : Communicate equipment and supply needs, lead tracking of returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory, audit safety standards, report hazards, complete paperwork, and ensure merchandise is stored per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador : Advocate the brand by delivering high‑quality service, influencing teammates, supporting a respectful and inclusive culture, and assisting in training.
Act with Integrity : Maintain the highest standards of ethics, model Walmart values, hold yourself and others accountable, and support our regenerative goals.
Serve our Customers and Members : Deliver results while putting the customer first and making decisions based on reliable information.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver's license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auto service industry.
Retail experience.
