Apparel Production Coordinator

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Production Lifecycle Management:

Assist with the entire product creation process, from development hand-off through to final production and delivery.

Monitor the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.

Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on‑time delivery.

Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.

Manage high‑volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.

Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:

Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.

Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.

Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.

Maintain strong follow‑up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.

Administrative & Reporting:

Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.

Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.

Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.

Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of production experience in the apparel industry.

Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.

Experience working in a fast‑paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.

Ability to follow direction from the reporting manager.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
