Role Overview

The Program Director will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) deployment programs, overseeing solution architecture, technical integration, and multi-stream execution across enterprise environments. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive cross‑functional collaboration, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless delivery of high-impact field service solutions integrated with core ERP platforms.

• Program Leadership: Direct multiple concurrent FSL deployment programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Solution Architecture Oversight: Provide technical and architectural leadership for full lifecycle FSL implementations — including advanced scheduling, inventory management, and mobile offline capabilities.
• Integration Strategy: Define and oversee bi‑directional integrations between Salesforce FSL and enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), enabling seamless asset management, parts tracking, and work‑to‑cash workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure clear communication, issue resolution, and executive alignment throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and delivery best practices across all project workstreams.
• Technical Communication: Develop and review high-quality technical design documents, and articulate complex architectural trade‑offs and integration decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross‑functional project managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale Salesforce programs, with at least 2–3 full lifecycle FSL deployments.
• Strong background in ERP (SAP/Oracle) integration design and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion‑dollar programs and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
