Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Live Your Best Life's range of Ayurvedic products.
- Work efficiently with USA Counterparts.
- Strategizing the positioning of the LYBL’s Product in the USA Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and alternative medicine practitioners, to promote product awareness and drive sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Ayurvedic market segment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to support the successful launch and marketing of new products.
- Represent Live Your Best Life at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on previous experience in the ayurvedic field to support the company's expansion goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or medical sales, with a focus on ayurvedic pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Ayurvedic market.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, herbal remedies, and traditional medicine practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
