SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and configuring the platform to ensure that our Salesforce platform aligns with organizational goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Lead the analysis, documentation of the requirements, and work with the implementation team to deliver features that meet the business requirements.
Configure the Salesforce platform spanning multiple complex initiatives, while maintaining day-to-day operations.
Be involved in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, participate in code reviews, unit testing and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices and recommend introduction of new technologies and processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to support data migration, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and data inconsistencies.
Conduct QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide user support to address issues and ensure smooth user experiences.
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, and user guides.
Monitor and report on system performance and data quality.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or years of commensurate experience is required
3+ years of Salesforce Administration and Business Analyst experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
Salesforce certifications such Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (preferred)
Experience in agile development and project methodology strongly preferred
