We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services at WK Rehab. Required Skills: Current Louisiana PT license or eligible for licensure Ability to independently manage a caseload across various patient types, including orthopedics, neuro, outpatient, and skilled nursing Experience with inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient therapy, or neuro specialties Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD transitioning to Meditech Expanse) Nice to Have Skills: Prior travel or substitute experience Bilingual abilities Additional certifications (e.g., CPR, specialized therapy certifications) Experience with pediatric or sports medicine populations Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings Prior experience working with complex or medically fragile patients is a plus Other Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination required; exemption process available Willingness to work scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekend coverage for outpatient; occasional IPR or acute care weekend shifts (approximately once per month) No holiday work required Professional attire preferred; scrubs in pewter for inpatient, with free parking available This position does not involve floating between facilities unless specified Salary: $60.30 per hour Enhance your professional journey in a rewarding environment that values your skills and dedication.
