As an On-Call Showroom Usher, you will be at the heart of the entertainment experiencewelcoming guests with a warm smile, guiding them to their seats, and ensuring every detail of their visit feels effortless. Your attentiveness and service will help create unforgettable moments, playing a key role in our mission to own the guest experience and deliver WOW memories that last long after the final curtain call. The starting rate: $10.00 an hour The day-to-day: Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you collect and review tickets for entertainment events Politely direct and/or escort the guests to their seats, before and during the show Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety The ideal candidate: Demonstrates flexibility to work an on-call schedule with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Holds a high school diploma or GED The perks & benefits: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
