Body Shop Painter
DePaula Ford is seeking an experienced body shop painter to make cosmetic repairs to vehicles. Candidates must be able to deliver quality results in a timely manner and recognize that customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license in good standing - DMV abstract must be provided Must have at least one year of experience Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time Responsibilities: Assess and analyze damaged areas to prep for painting Mask or tape off areas/components prior to paint application Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors Paint vehicles with a high level of efficiency Check for runs or sags in the paint to ensure a quality product Ensure finished product adheres to factory and dealership procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace Benefits We Offer: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Weekly Pay Paid Holidays Vacation & Sick PTO Employee Discount 401(k) with company contribution Compensation: Estimated annual earnings: $75k - $90k
