Senior Integrated Video Producer (Contract)
Location: North County San Diego, Hybrid Schedule (Onsite Tue-Thu)

A global technology company is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Producer to support its in-house creative and marketing team on a contract basis. This role will manage the planning and execution of video and multimedia production projects, partnering closely with creative, marketing, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end production process for video and multimedia projects, from concept through final delivery.
Coordinate video shoots, photography, animation projects (2D/3D), and digital media content in partnership with internal creative teams and external vendors.
Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent productions.
Partner with marketing managers, designers, writers, and leadership to ensure projects align with campaign goals and creative direction.
Oversee vendor relationships including production companies, agencies, and other creative partners.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing production, creative project management, or video production.
Strong experience managing production logistics including budgets, timelines, vendors, and deliverables.
Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, legal, and project management teams.
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is helpful.
