Job Overview:

Ensure project objectives are aligned with organizational goals and continuously maintained throughout the engagement. Lead Client sessions, exploratory interviews, and workshops to understand current workflows and identify gaps. nalyze existing processes and contribute to the design of improved intake workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to capture and address system and process limitations. Develop and document key performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and solutions. Ensure transparency through regular status reporting and stakeholder communication. Organize and coordinate demonstrations to showcase application functionality and gather feedback. Contribute to roadmap development for integration of new solutions into existing systems. Prepare and finalize comprehensive project reports including stakeholder feedback. Lead Agile processes including scrum facilitation and documentation. Requirements/Must Have:

Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Proven expertise in delivering CCWIS solutions including intake and case management processes. Experience working with COTS CCWIS systems. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices. bility to conduct workshops, interviews, and Client sessions. Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. bility to translate high level requirements into actionable tasks. Experience:

Minimum 10 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst in state, local, or corporate environments. Responsibilities:
