Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Process high volume order entries, including verbal, emailed, and EDI purchase orders.

Verify and update customer shipping and account information.

Provide product support and assist customers with discrepancies.

Use multiple systems including MS Office, JD Edwards, Salesforce, and ERP.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Maintain organization and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and constant interruptions.

Utilize problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and conflict resolution.

Upsell and cross‑sell products to customers, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our product range.

Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.

Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a consulting role.

Proven experience with high volume order entry and processing.

Proficiency in using multiple systems such as MS Office, JD Edwards, Salesforce, and ERP.

Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross‑sell.

Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities and constant interruptions.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product support, among other duties.\nResponsibilities:

Professionally handle incoming customer phone calls and emails.\nAccurately and efficiently process verbal, emailed, and EDI purchase orders.\nVerify and update customer shipping and account information.\nProvide product support and troubleshooting assistance.\nIdentify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products, highlighting promotions and specials.\nAssist customers with order discrepancies, shipping errors, or product-related questions.\nInterface with internal departments (purchasing, production, engineering, shipping) to address customer needs.\nCollaborate with field sales personnel to support customer accounts.\nEnter and manage customer data in JDE, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.\nRun and review backorder reports to ensure timely shipment or resolution.\nMaintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.\nProvide training to co-workers on product knowledge and procedures.\nAdhere to ISO standards and company policies.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.\nProven experience with CRM platforms such as JDE or Salesforce.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nKnowledge of ISO standards and adherence to company policies.\nAbility to work collaboratively with various internal departments and field sales personnel.\nProven track record of providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.\nAbility to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products.\nExperience in training co-workers on product knowledge and procedures is a plus.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Senior Customer Service Representative to join our tenured team. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer service interactions, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and resolve client questions and concerns regarding customer issues in a timely and professional manner.\n2. Set up special deduction codes in the payroll system for clients, including but not limited to garnishments, HSAs, and voluntary deductions.\n3. Enter alphabetic or numeric data received from clients via telephone or fax, following the format displayed on screen, and enter necessary codes.\n4. Contact clients to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data and make necessary corrections to information as requested by the client.\n5. Verify the accuracy of data entered and respond to inquiries regarding payroll data entered.\n6. Calculate employee payroll taxes using information received from clients to determine taxes to be withheld for a manual check issued by the client.\n7. Assist other Customer Service Representatives when needed and process cancellation of client accounts.\n8. Perform troubleshooting to assist clients over the phone when problems arise.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant work experience required for consideration.\n2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the service industry.\n3.
