The selected candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in multiple systems while managing several tasks.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Process high volume order entries, including verbal, emailed, and EDI purchase orders.
Verify and update customer shipping and account information.
Provide product support and assist customers with discrepancies.
Use multiple systems including MS Office, JD Edwards, Salesforce, and ERP.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain organization and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and constant interruptions.
Utilize problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Upsell and cross‑sell products to customers, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our product range.
Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a consulting role.
Proven experience with high volume order entry and processing.
Proficiency in using multiple systems such as MS Office, JD Edwards, Salesforce, and ERP.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross‑sell.
Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities and constant interruptions.
Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Solid work ethic and punctuality.
Ability to handle tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
