Director of Pharmacy

Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing a Director of Pharmacy for on-site work in Independence, MO. This is contract work with a Fortune 500 organization. Position: Director of Pharmacy

Duration: 3 Months contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE

Rate: $100.00/Hr

Start Date: ASAP

Description:

Position: DOP/PIC

Experience required: inpatient, behavioral

Missouri pharmacist licensure in good-standing required

Dates of Coverage needed: ASAP

Weekend coverage needed: on-call only

Order Entry System: HCS or Cerner; experience preferred

Site Automation: Omnicell; experience preferred

Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

Opening of the hospital, setting up pharmacy,

ordering medication with nursing staff, stocking machines, working on Polices

Progress/updates communicated via weekly call and emails

This is a new opening so flexibility is key

HIPAA

Review CPS Code of Conduct then sign attestation
