Lead the Future of Sonography Education at CHCP

Are you an experienced sonography professional ready to take the next step into leadership?

At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) , we’re looking for a dynamic Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director to lead, develop, and elevate our DMS program.

In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise and leadership skills to guide faculty, support students, and ensure program excellence from curriculum delivery to career outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the DMS program , including curriculum development and delivery
  • Develop and maintain core curriculum and course materials aligned with industry standards
  • Supervise and support faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement
  • Monitor student progress, including attendance, advising, and grade reporting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous program improvement through evaluation and feedback
  • Foster a student-centered learning environment focused on success and career readiness

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sonography and/or education
  • ARDMS certification (OB/ABD required); RVT preferred
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience as a registered sonographer
  • Experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, and student guidance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to serve as a role model for students and faculty
