We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead sales efforts for a premier luxury condominium development in the greater Tampa Bay area.

This leadership role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong background in timeshare, luxury real estate, new home sales, or other high-ticket, performance-based sales environments. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, thrives in a competitive atmosphere, and has a proven ability to close deals consistently and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success leading sales teams in high-volume or luxury new development sales environments
  • Strong background in timeshare, luxury condos, new home sales, or comparable industries
  • Demonstrated ability to personally close high-value transactions
  • Experience managing sales performance metrics and revenue goals
  • Skilled at coaching and holding teams accountable to production standards
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership style

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all sales operations for the luxury condominium project
  • Drive revenue performance and meet/exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Actively support and assist in closing high-value transactions
  • Track KPIs and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain a high-energy, performance-focused sales culture
  • You must have an active Florida Real Estate Sales License.
