Sublease Associate Optometrist (Manteca, CA) – Target Optical

Eyes On Eyecare invites applications for this part‑time/sublease optometrist position located in Manteca. This role offers a flexible schedule, high‑quality practice experience in an independent office adjacent to a Luxottica Optical dispensary, and a fully equipped exam lane.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive optometric care to patients at the assigned location.
Perform eye examinations and provide appropriate prescription services.
Collaborate with in‑store optical staff to guide patients on eyewear selections.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and company standards.
Engage in continuing clinical education and practice improvement as required.

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) with license to practice in California and able to perform comprehensive eye exams.
Minimum of 1 year of optometry practice experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a retail‑based practice.
Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
