Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX, for a Real Estate Directory Supervisor. The role involves overseeing property management operations, managing lease administration, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements and real estate standards. The supervisor will work closely with property staff and stakeholders to meet organizational goals related to commercial real estate projects and assets while optimizing efficiency and performance. Responsibilities also include analyzing real estate portfolios, managing tenant relationships, and supporting strategic business objectives within the real estate domain.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management and overseeing day-to-day property operations
- Strong knowledge of Lease Administration and the ability to manage lease records effectively
- Familiarity with Leases and expertise in interpreting and ensuring compliance with lease agreements
- Understanding of Real Estate principles and practices, with specific experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with standard property management and real estate-related software tools is a plus
