Pay Range:
$54,235.30– $67,794.13

What You’ll Do:
Deliver top-tier customer service to both clients and internal teams—every interaction, every time
Create seamless, memorable experiences that inspire repeat and referral business
Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly across all channels
Own the full event lifecycle—from initial planning to flawless execution and follow-up
Manage every detail like a pro: room blocks, BEOs, contracts, billing, timelines, and more
Collaborate across departments to ensure every event exceeds expectations
Become an expert in our food & beverage offerings, event spaces, and AV capabilities

Qualifications Experience in catering, event sales, or private dining management. Proven track record in managing events from planning to execution. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food & beverage operations and event logistics is a plus.
