DESCRIPTION:\nWe are looking for a senior UX Designer who excels at crafting thoughtful seller and supply chain operator experiences within Amazon's multi-channel commerce and fulfillment (MCCF) design team. In this role, you will deliver solutions for complex design and technical problems across a suite of business management tools. You will drive the design strategy and implementation of critical user journeys that enable merchants of all sizes to easily and efficiently reach their goals through Amazon's supply-chain solutions.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional merchant experiences that scale. Your work will impact product roadmaps and organizational goals through data-driven decision making and deep understanding of multi-channel commerce operations. To be successful in this role, you must be an empathetic leader who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams on ambiguous design challenges. You should have strong experience in solving complex UX problems in B2B space, and building scalable design solutions.

Our team consists of highly specialized Interaction Designers, Visual Designers, Researchers, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver innovative supply-chain solutions to merchants of all sizes. MCCF Design team operates out of Amazon's offices in Seattle and New York. The team consists of User Researchers, UX Designers, Visual Designers and UX Program Managers. The team is broadly focused on designing experiences for shoppers and merchants. This role will focus on designing business applications for merchants of all sizes - large global enterprises to small-medium businesses.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience\n- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices\n- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar\n- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards\n- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience with UX design of complex workflows\n- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity\n- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques\n- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

As a Senior GTM Specialist, you will optimize sales operations functions through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll develop frameworks for testing and scaling programs while ensuring seamless integration of new products and features into GTM processes.

Key job responsibilities\n- Design and implement frameworks to test, launch, and scale new programs that integrate support for new products and features into GTM processes\n- Partner with technical teams on business requirement documents (BRDs) and establish effective process paths\n- Identify system gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement systematic solutions\n- Coordinate high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results on schedule\n- Foster collaboration between GTM and other departments to enhance innovation and alignment\nCreate and manage reporting tools to track impact and identify growth opportunities\nImplement frameworks and methodologies that enhance team performance and capabilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience\n- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations\n- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar quantitative field\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical\n- 5+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics\n- Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to determine improvements\n- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations\n- Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics\n- History of successful global and cross-functional collaboration\n- Adaptability and responsiveness to changing business demands\n- Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills\n- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
